120v charging is good for about 40 miles per day in an EV. You could leave the RV plugged in and put the EV into the exterior outlet. Or just pick up a 30/15 adapter from any RV store. Maybe you even have one.
Otherwise call your electrician is best. If you want 120v for the RV and 240 for the EV you will have to pull wire. Seems like overkill for less than 20 mile trip.
