Yes
plug or truck or wire from plug to battery.
There is a fuse for the trailer power lead that could be bad, the plug itself Pin 4 and then the wire from there to 5er battery, you will have at least isolated to there.
If power doesnt go up check pin 4 if no power there on truck side the fuse is blown 30 amp in fuse holder slot F30
