Loosen up the negative battery (for the motor) terminal and try it out before you leave home. Retighten then at the campsite unscrew and remove the chassis battery (that powers your starter) when you park. This will get you by.
The reason I suggest trying it first at home is that some terminals offer a knuckle busting fight to remove. Better to find this out at home than at a campsite.
