The OP link says it is 12.8v nominal, so AFAIK that means it has four cells?
It says it has a BMS that does balancing. ISTR Battle Borns want to be up high enough in voltage or they won't do balancing. No idea about your battery.
Others will have to step in here, so you get the correct info, and you might also ask your tech support to confirm whatever the forum guys say (they don't all agree on some details natch.)
