Reminded me to start saving for a 12 volt regulator for the Lombardini. I was going to spring for a 5.5 HP Honda engine and 100'amp alternator for the Lifeline but that's foolish economy. The OP needs a little knowledge brushup on batteries and chargrrs. A 27 will chew about 38 amps acceptance. The trick is finding a charger that doesn't have Training Wheels suitable for 5-year olds. I was handed yet another comatose Diehard Charger yesterday. Four months out of warranty. I told the lady I would chop the cables and power cord off for her. The days of SCR AC transformer input control are upon us. No brains obsolence. Hazardous waste in these days of Think Green. Are there any small manual chargers2 put there?
