Looking closer at the Lifeline specs the temperature compensation is not linear. Are there any chargers that replicate the Lifeline spec? I don't recall any discussion of this topic other than a linear temperature compensation from various chargers.
So I took a closer look at the Magnum ME2012 specs and the temperature compensation will be OK from 40F-80F. Below 40F and above 80F the charging voltage will be low. I'll add this to my list of Magnum design cost tradeoffs which applies to various models.
I may discuss this with Magnum next week. When combined with the Magnum incorrect voltage for Lifeline batteries (they have a Lifeline charge profile) and the Monaco installation that did not follow the Magnum guidelines (because their chargers don't have remote voltage sense capability) I wasn't surprised that the temperature compensation is also not correct.
And it looks like the MPPT 60 temperature compensation for Lifeline batteries also has issues.
