I checked the resting voltage about 47 hours after the first battery went to float after the absorb cycle.
That battery was at 12.88v and now sits at 12.99v
the battery that was at 13v and on the Eco-W set to absorb voltage in float is now at 13.14v
The battery that was at 13.1v and was in absorb 3 or four hours after I switch to it is also at 13.14v
The original 8-D I charged up and put my 100 amp RC starter on it and grabbed hold of the chuck while I squeezed the trigger to see what would happen to the voltage. Nothing scientific but it would let me know if the voltage was going to take a nose dive. Unfortunately I need to rebuild it and couldn't take it with me.
I'd be tempted to do the same but with a smaller starter on the weaker battery except it's cloudy and I have no way to recharge it except the 2/12/70 auto charger.
So awaiting instructions and thinking of what to do if it is ok but not as strong as the other two. The options are sell it off and just use the two or separate it and use it as the house bank while the other two serve the inverter.
