That is correct and the danged Koreans changed the design of the 600-watt booster and eliminated the current adjustment pot, one large electrolytic cap and other smd's. Just got another, today along with a pile of other stuff and I am really bummed out about the design change. Use 24-volt incandescent light bulb(s) in parallel if necessary to throttle recovery amperage.
At those recovery specs the AGM batteries will pop the relief valves. I use an IR gun to monitor individual cell temperatures during recovery. More than a 3 degree F variation between cells or from one end of the battery to the other, stop the process. Let cool then resume.
