Chassis Battery Not Charging On Shore Power/Generator

I noticed That my Chassis Batteries only charge when the engine is started/running. I know there is an Isolator I suppose that controls the dual charging function. I have the 2002 Monaco Diplomat 40' ...

The solenoid will be a continuous duty one with heavy cables from both banks and should be easy to find. Finding the electronics may be a challenge.
