I show no ill effects from the 17+ volts, but I "almost" know that it wasn't there very long. I do feel very fortunate !
I'd like a controller that displays volts and amps continuously, and preferably in led. I know, I'm asking a lot. I am in solar heaven here in QZS Az, but you would not believe the prices !!!! Everything is 3-5Xs.
