So, to expect/see 12-15a from a 290w flat install in arizona, in december/january, IS reasonable, or no?
IF 12-15a is reasonable, then the controller was not under-performing. OTOH, if he should have been seeing upwards of say 20a, then it appears there was a problem; either with the controller or the wiring.
