BFL knows I'm messing with him. With all the other advantages, extremely low humidity has to be considered. It's even dryer when it is hot and sunny. I can imagine that at sea level near water, it gets pretty muggy when it gets hot. I know it did in Michigan.
At least there is a back up for the controller that you now know you have to watch until you get a new one. Should you decide to upgrade the experience gained will help you decide what features and such are worthy of the expense.
Can you imagine carrying a back up Rogue 30a or TR-MPPT-60? Lots of money and space. lol
