Yes that's the one. Works great, has two adjustable voltages Vabs and Float. Eco-W has its own site and sells them for $102 free shipping. Three week snail mail.
That 15-30% more is a laugh. Yes, I would rather get 14.5a all season than 15.5a for two months and then 13.5a for three months. It actually makes no difference at all. So maybe it gets to Vabs half an hour later-- big deal.
However I can't help it. I get annoyed when I see the thing peak at 13.5a when I know darn well PWM would get me 14.5a. Highway robbery! I got seen off. Grrr! When it does peak at 15.5 early in the season of course I still get annoyed because I thought I would get 16.5 or even 17.5 since MPPT is supposed to be so wonderful. 15.5 instead of 14.5 is no consolation for not getting 17! Grrr some more!
