Never mind all those confusing posts about "fake MPPT" and all that. Just attach that controller to your 24 array and watch the fun! I did.
All the little red lights came on and flashed on and off rapidly. Very entertaining. So I figured I must have fried it. Nope! Put it back on the 12v 130w panel and it worked like it should. (It does not have any buck converter in it to go from 24v array to 12v battery, so it is just a normal eBay 12v panel controller)
Ended up selling it to the guy who bought my 130w panel and he used it all last summer, worked great. Anyway, when you see all those flashing red lights, don't panic and call your doctor. It's not you! :)
