Real estate is not a problem, IF I go roof mount. I have a wide open area of about 9.5' x 6.5'. If I go side mount, size becomes much more of an issue, mostly due to logistics and esthetics.
I have two 140w/12v, which hopefully will work well as a side mount, so I would likely just add one or two more of the same.
I can actually see me eventually doing both a side mount and tiltable roof mount, but for now I'm going side mount/portable.
