When people use "performance" to mean more watts instead of more amps, there is no point in arguing. Batteries use amps not watts.
Simple question for you
Will my 400amp 5Vdc power supply directly charge your batteries?
Amps alone without volts are of no use charging batteries
It takes A proper combination of both I&V which = WATTS
Some "get it" some don't some never will
