One tenth volt difference (under load) between a soldered joint and an oxidized crimp joint TIMES TEN connections equals ONE volt. Check VOLT DROP across EACH connection...

How many connections between power origin and the lead battery posts?
Supervising Armando, I repaired many large motorhomes so that total voltage drop under high amp full load was .3 or less.
