Or then again!

I just had an epiphany... There is already a 2 gauge wire running from the battery to the generator. The generator is located quite close to the converter. Is there any reason I can add another 2 gauge wire from the converter to the generator and complete that circuit?

That would save a ton of time, effort AND wire.
