Mex got it right on the supplies. I'd strongly suggest to make your 12V wiring, a two-wire schedule, one for (+) phase and one for (-) phase. Connect 12V ground onto the frame after shining and preparing the surface. Use locking washers and suitable connectors/fasteners. The reason to use two wires is that finding a failed ground point after the walls have been sprayed and paneling is up will be a hair-pulling event.
