Flywheel usually does not need replaced. Maybe resurfaced.
But I think you are talking about the disk with friction material. You want the springs or the clutch will be jerky and harsh. No springs would be for racing. Let them know this is a daily driver street vehicle.
Friction material should be OEM style with what looks like cord or string going through it.
Don't get all into the dual disks or ceramic friction material. Get new new pressure plate and release bearing.
