cold water heater
its going to be in the 20s this weekend while we are out does it take longer for the waterheater to work when its cold out or does it matter thanks

I mostly dry camp so I don't turn the water heater on until I am ready to take a shower and only use the hot water handle so I don't waste water adjusting to get the right temperature. In the summer(70-80 degrees) it takes 10 mins to warm up enough for a shower. In the fall(40-50 degrees) it takes twice as long.
