As an RV tech, I drive and back thousands of motorhomes every year. Color LCD systems(resolution) vary widely. IF I have MY choice, I would prefer a B&W system over a Color any day. If a B&W is up to specs, the quality of the resolution is far superior to a Color system. Especially in bright sunlight. But you need to see and operate the specific color system you want to upgrade too. Doug
