If the antimony percentage content is different and they are left connected together the high antimony batteries will eat the lower batteries for lunch, unless you have a lot of lower antimony batteries in the bank. In your case, you don't.
Recommendation possibility, use the 12's for DC/AC power inverter power and the 6's for hotel power. Use a battery separator to allow charging of the "other" bank.
