compartment seal maintenance

My owner's manual says to 'maintain' the seals on the door and storage compartments, but it doesn't say how.

I tried spray silicon, but that didn't seem to do much. I couldn't find silicon grease, but a guy at Pep Boy's said to use white lithium.

Does that work? Any other suggestions?

    Thanks guys.

Just out of curiosity, is this product based on white lithium?

    No it is non petroleum.

I have some slide lube, but I don't think it's the foaming kind. Links?

What did you expect it to do ??
  • Look on Amazon for RV Trailer Camper Cleaners 303 Aerospace Protectant 16 Oz.
This is a good product to protect your tires and any plastic/rubber.
