I spoke with the techs at Nova Kool today. The R5810 and F5810 both are equipped with the BD35 compressor.
The R5810 is set up with a 500 Ohm resistor and has an amp draw of 4.2
The F5810 is set up with a 1500 Ohm risistor and has an amp draw of 5.5 to 6
For power consumption calculations they suggest a 50% duty cycle.
This info seems to fall in line with what crosscheck has posted so I'm now in the 120 AH a day camp for the refer/freezer load.
I'm now looking at a 1.25+ kw array.
BTW Dave, I spoke to them about your unit. I was wondering how the control logic went with the two cold plates working off one BD35 compressor. Pretty nice unit you have there!
