concertone removal
I cannot get the gray colored trim removed from my unit, I read to remove from bottom first and have tried to insert a screw driver into the tabs but it will not come off, any ideas?

Ours is in a 2010 year model & as Craig7h says use a screw driver to push the tab in the slits. Unless yours is like our & mounted close to a wall, therefore I made a L bent nail to push in the tabs.- I have a older model, feel underneath.
