Open up vents and windows, until the moisture equalizes inside with out side, probably as well as temperatures. Warm air holds more moisture, get the warm moist air out of your trailer and the condensation problems go away.
Other option is don't drive to the south, especially to a state that's a big huge long jutting out peninsula surrounded by warm ocean currents and waters on 3 sides. Maybe head north, instead.
