You could have a mystery load on the batts. Tank heater, breakaway pulled out, inverter with something 120v running from it, etc--the usual suspects?
What is your "morning voltage" with nothing much on and before solar starts in? If the two batts (still 300AH?) are at 50% SOC then, you can put 150 in to fill them--so 100AH is not a crazy number unless you are starting the day at 80% SOC
(I thought that 13.6 was being on Float, not passing through going up in Bulk, sorry.)
