Connecting Honda with Yamaha generators in parallel?

I have a Yamaha EF2000i and a friend has one of the similar Honda 2000 generators, and I'm curious if I can connect them in parallel. I know that they are each capable, but I wasn't sure if that had ...

If they did sync up, which they might, the combo wouldn't share the load very well because the voltages are incompatible. The Hondas tend to run in the high 120s, and the Yamahas in the low 120s. My best guess is that the Honda would be running full bore before the Yamaha comes off of idle. Anybody who tries it has to assume the risk of a bad result.
