When is an oil spill a spill? Only if there are 750 barrels. Enough to drive my RV for about a million miles.

I wonder how much revenue those wells put into Alberta’s coffers, but that’s certainly no excuse - but can they be re-commissioned?… Lesson learned, Alberta should have had the foresight to require an end-of-life mitigation fund…
