Controller as Converter ?
Somebody posted he is using his 15 amp controller as an adjustable voltage converter, but I can't find that thread to see how he did it. Anybody link to that thread? Thanks The main problem, ISTR...

There are two ways.. I will post the proper way
"Charger" with filtered output - Charge Controller - Battery
NOTE not all chargers have filtered outputs.. if the one you have does NOT have filtered out, a "Hardening Condenser" or "hardening Capacitor" form a high end automotive audio store will provide the needed filtering.. I do recommend filtering.
NOTE There are two types of controller as well.. One (and I'm not sure which) will work better in this configuration, PWM I suspect but the keyword is SUSPECT.. I'm not sure on that.
