Converter / Charger question

Please help me understand my converter / charger in my TT

2007 R Vision Max Lite TT ML 28RS

Atwood model # TP3-55530SS



I was de winterizing the TT the other day and I got a new battery (battery date code was 3/17) because the other one was shot

I hooked up the new battery and after about 12 hours of being pluged into shore pwr I wantted to test the new battery

Before I unplugged the TT shore power this was the reading I got



Is this a normal reading on a new battery? (the top LED was flickering on and off)

When I unplugged the shore pwr this was my reading



Are these readings normal?

This Atwood unit will charge a battery if it needs a charge correct?

.....I realize these readings are coming from the same unit that always says my black tank is full
