Do you see a timer? This is a TOTALLY MANUAL battery charger. EL STOOPID. Why doesn't it have a wind up timer? It's because a wind up timer (which is also the off switch) would cost Ooooooo maybe six dollars.
This is exactly the type of stupid that is wiping out common sense. People come to expect Hookah Pipe powered idiocy.
