Two 020's in parallel is equal to a 040: 40 A rating and double the energy rating.
First solder one of the devices into the holes. Then take the second device, shorten the leads somewhat and form a loop at the ends of the leads. Then clamp the loop around the leads of the first device. Solder second device to the leads of first device. The parts should now be in parallel.
