I tried, about a half hour of data mining and can't come up with a reference to those numbers on the transformer. It may be custom wound for the Mfg.
Two things I did see when I enlarged the .jpg above, the AC supply black and white wires look real close in the picture, there is some black coloration on the inside of the bottom case panel adjacent to the small black-red wire pair that have a molex connector to the board.
How are you soldering the thermistor onto the board? Did you disconnect the board from the case? No abnormalities or burnt looking areas?
