LOL, yep...
If we are talking about a hot restart with the capacitor be fully discharged, then yes -> V^2/0 = P an it approaches infinity...
If we are talking about the 5 ohm part, its hot resistance is 0.03 ohm so (170V)^2/.03 ohms = 963.3 kW of instantaneous power...
Not infinity but pretty darn high...
