Well I tank y'all for your answers. I guess the stripped down lowest price 4 ky onan does not have a voltage regulator . That being said the cheapest and easiest way would be too add a 120 v outlet in the back and some kind of a small charger that charges just when the gen is running . I don't now how long it would take for the fuel pump on gen to run the battery down but I believe that's all the gen is using thanks.
I just looked at the trik l start looks pretty good I will tell those guys and see how I could run some wiring back there.
