I am ok with the RV on a long extension cord at home. I have learned what I can get away with running. I was only using the 55 amp converter (and getting less than that) at home, but now Mex has me doing high amps at home, so that means using the Honda gen when I need to do that.
The old story that you could do a recharge on shore power at low amps since you have lots of time (unlike generator time) is out the window for my AGMs. :(
I can better appreciate why some guys on here organize 30 or 50 amp pedestals at home now.
