Hi,
Add up the wattage of all the devices that will be on at the same time. Purchase an inverter/charger that is 125% of that number for continuous demand.
I prefer stand alone converters and inverters rather than inverter/chargers. If you must go the inverter/charger route try to make sure the charger part is not over 125 amps. That way it will still run on 15 amp shore power.
Here is a place to look--and the owner is an RV'er.

I only run TV, laptops exc...but like the covenance of having the inverter power supplyed though existing outlets. 600 would be more then enough.
