coolant low,check engine,stop engine on

We had a similar error on our Phaeton with a 350 Cat. Went to 7 different service centers. Finally discovered that the injector cup seals were bad on a couple cylinders. Caused antifreeze to mix with diesel fuel. We got a "low coolant" light and stop engine because due to the contamination, the computer thought there wasn't enough coolant. The mixture would actually overfill the coolant and it would blow out the overflow and sprayed all over our toad. A good mechanic at a Cat service center knew what the symptoms were. We had all the seals changed. End of problem.
