We went through the process of buying 2 new house batteries recently. We checked Costco - absolutely no one to help with any questions there. Decided to check with Canadian Tire - got real HELP, questions answered and prices comparable to Costco.
Those batteries are too heavy to be hauling around to compare. We found even with taking a picture of the label and trying to find similar at Costco was nothing more than frustrating.
Canadian Tire even took batteries to our car - won't get that service at Costco.
