Note-- there is an error in the above blurb. The adjustment range goes up to 15.5v (not 16+) and also it does not do "three stages" (it is adjustable --the voltage stays at what you set until you set a different voltage)
I don't know if you can find these at a lower price somewhere else. Perhaps at bestconverter.
