They are not the same battery. The 232AH is the same as the Interstate GC2-XHD which came out a couple years ago to replace their re-branded line of US Battery U-2200s with roughly the same specs (232 etc)
The other one is more like Interstate's US Battery made U-1800 at 208AH or U-2000 at 216AH
Note its weight is 63 lbs while the other is 67 lbs.
