CPAP 12 volt options

Safest choice? One and two with three as backup.

You don't have a cigarette lighter outlet near the bed?
Does your CPAP run on 12 volt without an inverter??
IN other words is there a transformer in the power cord? Looks like the transformer for a laptop?

Run a 12 volt line to the bedroom from the RV's fuse panel if it's designed to run on automotive battery power (you said it was)

Saves 300 bucks (though you might want to just in cuss)

And conversion to/from 120 volt will cost you about 10% minimum or 20% total (10 up 10 down) so direct feed is best.

Now I don't like 12 v0lt accessory outlets.. They fail too often

I use Anderson Power poles for most connections but there are even better options.

I'd like a 12 volt connection less likely to come apart. The "Flat 2" (like a flat 4 trailer conneciton) comes to mind.

run it on 12 volt.

Been running mine for 10 yrs now on a special installed 12V outlet by the bed. Have run at least two nights in a row on the batteries only.

Mine won't run on 12 volts unless it's through an inverter so I just run it through a PSW Inverter hard wired to an outlet by the bed marked 'Inverter Only' According to my Seelevel battery gauge, I use about 25% of my charge every night (8 hours), fine with me. 2 Deep Cycle 12 volt batteries in my unit.

I like the 'Inverter Only' outlet for other things as well.

I run mine with a 12v cord sold by the manufacturer and plugged into a bayonet plug near the bed. 4 years, no problems.

if so, you will be forced to use an inverter unless your cpap will humidify on 12 volts ..
