CPSC White Paper Radiant Versus Catalytic Heaters

2nd white paper needed to see non depletion of O2 and non aggregation of CO and CO2 with a vented heater. What is confusing is what constitutes "adequate ventilation"?

Are there 99% combustion efficient vented heaters for RVs? Never have seen PVC exhaust on an RV heater.
