Dead Rat Odor Removal?

We finally purchased our dream home, a 2005 38ft Fleetwood Pride 5th wheel. We have been working on lots of issues making repairs and such.
We have a bad odor coming from "all over" the unit. We discovered early on that at least one large rat had eaten lots of wiring in the main wiring cabinet under the floor. the thing was also in the heater ducts and we found where he ate some of the plastic from the inside of a couple of the plastic air duct cover vents.

It looks like he/they were restricted to just the area where the furnace, water heater and electrical connections were.

We surmise it met its end somewhere but have not found his remains. However, the smell persists at times. The basement is the worst area and smells of something dead and a strong urine odor.

I am not going to mention the dealer where we bought the unit but they used lots of dryer sheets, everywhere (in every drawer, cabinet, and closed space).

I am most concerned about the furnace floor duct work as it seems to be the only place I can not get in to.

Has anyone experienced this before and what solutions did you find that worked the best?
We are familiar with the Odo Ban, coffee, bleach, pine sol, baking soda like bad smells in a freezer full of meat that went bad.
