Most of the Techs are not there the next time you go by. It takes time and supervision. They only give them so much time to do a job. they are in a hurry and not familiar or interested in RVs.
The Supervisors turn them loose and rarely seem to check them.
Even shop mgr don't care sometimes. They want you in and out and, I'll take care of it and you never hear another word. Call and call and he's not here and so on. Result an awning that at full down is barely level or maybe a little lower. Top hole and it stick up like a flag. Half the little do dads that hold the arms in place are not there on one side of each arm. I gave up. Money down the drain.
