Dealership tech drove screw into my fresh water tank!

The issue I have with the suggestions to "patch" it is that the hole is in the part of the tank that sits on top of my frame (which is why they tried to attach the coroplast there). It would be difficult (at best) to get to, and would likely rub off over time.
