I used a heat gun along with a plastic putty scraper when I removed mine. Be careful not to get things too hot. You'll need to remove the left over glue too. The glue can be as big of a PITA as the decals. I removed the glue with plain old gasoline on a rag on the suggestion of a member of this forum and it worked great.
