After all, Fullrivers cost only slightly less than Lifelines and in today's global competitive environment cost versus true competition generally is an indicator of quality. (FWIW, U.S. military purchasing probably tries to always source U.S. manufacturers as much as possible if they can meet performance specifications ... at least that's the way it was when I was serving. Hence, Concord's use by the military.)
